Status: Ready for adoption
Arrived: September, 2024
Species and Minimum Ethical Enclosure Requirement: Mouse: please contact us for enclosure requirements.
Sex: 3 intact males. Must be adopted as a group
Age: 2.5 months (born July 18)
Location: Toronto
What is their background story?:
These 3 babes were born in the care of one of our fosters. Mama Hazel was one of the mice that came from big mouse rescue intake in June.
What is their favourite activity?:
Mousey Warhol is the white and grey guy. He's the boss of the group and is always on guard. He enjoys patrolling the perimeters of every new environment he encounters making sure he and his brothers are safe. He's always ready to check out new things, people or sounds in the room, and of course loves treats!
Jellybean is the tiny orange guy. He's loves to run around with Mousey Warhol patrolling the grounds, kind of an assistant type. He's very alert and sometimes lets Mousey Warhol know if he missed something. Jellybean is also a super friendly, brave and curious little guy. Within a few days he'll be jumping in your hand, exploring your shoulder and melting into finger cuddles.
Hank (Williams) is the bigger orange guy. Hank is more laid back than Jellybean and Mousey Warhol. He loves his nest, and doesn't get up to check out every sound and smell, but of course will get up up for treats or free run. He absolutely loves snuggling up with his mouse friends (especially Jellybean). And once you win his trust, boy does he melt! snuggling into human hands as well.
What is their favourite food?:
Gerber baby blueberry rice puffs (the star shaped ones)
What is their best trait?:
Three giant personalities in tiny little bodies. Through their little community, they will provide hours of entertainment, love and silliness, and ultimately win your heart/s. They are looking for a forever home with a person or family who can match the size of their personalities with love and care.
Final thoughts:
All three brothers must be adopted together and kept together. Can't be introduced to other males or be in the same household as female mice. Must be willing to follow protocol for housing intact brothers together and willing and able to house separately if needed. Our mouse coordinator at ACR can provide information on this and troubleshoot issues if needed. Please don't hesitate to ask for help.

What is their favourite activity?:
Spencer is the white and grey guy with grey stripes running down his face. He will be eager to get to know you and probably the first to hop in your hand. He is very alert to what is happening in the room outside his enclosure and has a lot of energy to run off. He enjoys running in his wheel, but he especially enjoys adventure, like new set ups in the play area outside his main enclosure etc.
Peanut is the orange guy. Peanut is a sweet little fellow who was initially mistaken for being a girl. Fortunately his foster noticed before it was too late, and was able to reintegrate him with two of his brothers. It went well, which is testament to Peanut's playful and gentle nature. He loves to run around looking for snacks and cuddle with his brother Harold.
Harold is the one with a half white and half grey face. He's the biggest of the three, but is super laid back. He enjoys a well made nest and cuddle piles. He also enjoys hand snuggles once he gets to know you. He was initially the shyest, but now he is the most eager to come for pets. He is so gentle that he never steals snacks from his brothers, and when they steal from him, he lets it happen without even a squeak.
What is their favourite food?:
They love Gerber baby stars and pumpkin seeds.
