Our speedy try to catch me Turbo has found the perfect forever home. He had a bit of a ruff start with an eye infection but it is all cleared up. He is going to have so much fun in his new home and many new adventures. He will be missed by his foster family but they are also very happy for him.

Sweet little Cranberry has found her forever home! 🐹💖 This gentle girl went from a shy, burrowing explorer to a loving, snack-grabbing, fabric-shredding queen, and we couldn’t be happier for her. She’s off to a life filled with cozy tunnels, tasty pumpkin seeds, and plenty of Whimzees Alligators to stash away.

Mr Nugget or Nuggie has now joined his new family and yet again forgotten his pants in his excitement to start his new life.

Our sweet little Marble has found his forever home. We are excited for him to start his new adventures in his new home. He will be living like a prince as he should be. We will miss him and his quirky little personality.

Ruby was adopted by one of ACR’s foster parents when she realized what a sweet little hammy he is. He hit the jackpot and will have a wonderful life with her. He was a great houseguest and his foster mom will miss him.

We are so happy to announce that Harry has been adopted. He will be joining a beautiful girl bun, Callie, and her Mum, Cindy. Together Harry and Callie will enjoy their home and each others company. We are so sad to see Harry go as he is a perfect bun, but know he will be happy in his forever home.

Navy & Blue are another classic tale of two precious souls about to be euthanized - when thankfully ACR stepped in & helped save them! Not long after they were adopted by another animal lover who was willing & determined to give them the best life!! She's happy to say, they are doing fabulous!! With all the time to free fly, treats, an XXL cage & the love & care they deserve! Although their foster mama misses them dearly, she & ACR are truly overjoyed to see another HAPPY TAILS comes true for two special birds!!

Simon and Noah, our sweet, little polar bear ratties were in the care of their foster for over 150 days. The wait was well worth it, as they found a wonderful family who's young daughter spends her time learning about rat care and even has a part-time job to pay for their needs. We are super excited for Simon and Noah's new journey!

Poppy is being adopted into a group of new friends! She'll finally have some piggy buddies! We will miss her chatty squeals for food and funny poses, but she will definitely be a great addition to her new herd. Congrats Poppy!!

Rexy has found his forever home! He has joined a wonderful new family and several other guinea pigs, including foster pig Sila who was also adopted to the same home a couple months ago. His new mom reports that Rexy is doing very well - he loves cuddle time and he is popcorning all over the place and super excited to have so many new friends in his life.

Cloud has been adopted into a great home and has a great new set up, happy tails to you Cloud.

Pecan is joining the perfect home - that of a student - where they can stay up together for marathon late night study sessions and snacking in the middle of the night. She will be a favourite of everyone who meets her, we are sure! We will miss her curiosity and friendliness, but we are excited for her to have great forever home.

Louis' new mom is a vet student in Ithaca so he will be very much loved! We will miss his craziness here but he is now off to new adventures!

After a tough beginning, Miss Muffin has finally found her forever home! From screaming at the sight of a human to willingly crawling onto her foster mom's hand to come out and play, Muffin will be in great hands now at her forever home.

We are so delighted that Walnut found a loving home! He may have been the runt of ‘the nut boys’ but now he is all grown up and off to his forever home! Walnut, the beautiful, is off to spend his days burrowing, running on his wheel, and doing his favourite activity; eating seeds!

Macadamia aka Big Mac has found his forever home. He will be very spoiled by his new family they are making sure that all his needs are met and they will have so much fun with him. We will miss him dearly but also very excited for him. He is a sweet energetic little guy.

Cody Cwoissant enjoyed his time with his foster family, getting him all nice and round and healthy. He wants to thank the rescue drivers that brought him to ACR. But he also heard the call of a furever home, "Brrrngggg, Yep Yep Yep Yep! I'm Outta Here!" Cody and his new Hooman bonded instantly and we look forward to hearing stories from his new home.

After spending 6 amazing months in my care, Lupin and Sirius are off to their furever home with a loving family. Their humom is a dog trainer with lots of experience with rats! Since lupin and sirius are neutered they will also be intergrated with 3 new sisters! I'm so excited for their new life!

Ron and Harry were with me for 6 months. Regardless of their issues with hormonal aggression and needing to be neutered they were always the sweetest boys with humans! They have finally found their furever home with a lovely couple who will introduce them to a new brother rat named Frodo! I am so excited for them to settle in and show their new owners their hilarious and adorable personalities. Goodluck Harry and Ron, your foster mom will miss you soo much.

Sam and Pecan had a rocky start in foster care (they both lost their partner rats) but were neutered by the rescue and bonded together. They were adopted by a wonderful family and are now brothers with another rat named ShuShu. Jeepy the pig is off to his forever home! He has been making the best of it as a swinging single dude, but now he is finally going to join a wonderful, experienced adopter and two lovely lady pigs. Jeeps is full of energy and zest for life, and his foster moms are so happy he will be making mischief with a new family.

Cheese had a "gouda" start to his new year by finding his new furever home! This sweet little cheese curd boy is off to his new loving family where he is already being spoiled with a large custom bin enclosure and TON of toys. He will be missed by his foster mom, but we are all excited for his new adventure in his new home!

Dawn has moved to her "Furever" home!

It was genuinely heart warming to see her exploring her new enclosure with confidence. She has grown so much and we will miss her. We wish her new family success and happiness with her.

Arlo, Stormy & River (nicknamed the Sweet Pea 3 by their foster mom) have been adopted! These brothers were born into foster care and have now been adopted into a lovely family with plenty of rat experience. We wish these boys and their new family all the best in their future adventures together!

Squishee has ridden off to find new adventures in her new home. She’s looking forward to finding new places to squish into.

Pawmi was the last of her group to be adopted but we think she may have gotten the absolute best forever home.
